These terms apply to the services of OpenSyntheAI, Reyniel Paz's digital studio. You can write to us at info@opensyntheai.com.

Free preview

Within 48 hours of you telling us about your business on WhatsApp, we show you your website's homepage — or what your online store could look like — designed from what you tell us.

The preview is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If you don't love it, you don't pay.

Delivery time

Your website goes live 7 days after you send us your logo, copy, and photos. The clock starts once we have all of that material.

We take on a maximum of 4 new projects per month so we can meet that deadline.

Pricing and payments

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay with PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer.

The $99 upfront fee on the monthly plans is a founder price for our first 10 clients. After that, the upfront fee is $149.

One-time payment

With the one-time payment ($699) the website is yours. It includes 30 days of revisions and the domain for the first year.

Monthly plans

The monthly plans start with a $99 upfront fee and have a minimum term of 6 months.

They include hosting and the domain while the plan is active, plus everything listed in each plan: SEO, monthly updates, and a monthly report, among others.

After 6 months, the plan renews automatically.

If you cancel before the minimum term ends, the website service is suspended after 7 days.

If a monthly payment is missed, there are 7 business days to catch up. After that, the website is suspended until the payment is made.

On the monthly plans the website is part of the service and does not become yours. If you want a website you own, there's the one-time payment.

Refunds

Since you see your homepage before you pay, you decide without risking anything. Once you pay, we start working, and that time can't be given back: that's why payments are non-refundable.

If something doesn't feel right afterward, we talk it through and fix it with the revisions included in your plan.

Online stores

The online store costs $297 for setup and $147/month for maintenance. We buy the .com domain for you.

If a monthly payment is missed, there are 7 business days to catch up. After that, the store is suspended until the payment is made.

Ads management

You pay your ad budget directly to Google and Meta, from your own account. It never goes through us.

Management costs $147/month for budgets up to $1,000. Above that, 15% of your ad spend.

We don't guarantee sales or specific results: nobody honest can. We commit to a well-run campaign and a clear report every month.

The chat assistant

The chat on this site is handled by an AI assistant. Its answers may contain mistakes: the valid prices and terms are the ones on this page and the ones we agree on with you.
