Who we are

This site belongs to OpenSyntheAI, a digital studio run by Reyniel Paz from Venezuela. For any question about your data, write to opensyntheai@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you talk to our AI assistant, we store that conversation only when you leave a phone number or an email in it. In that case we receive a notification with the conversation so we can reply to you.

To prevent abuse of the demo we store an irreversible code derived from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself, and that code cannot be used to identify or contact you.

If you rate a guide with stars, we store your score alongside a code of the same kind, so the same person can't vote twice. We do not store who you are, and we have no way of knowing.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation stays in your app and ours, subject to WhatsApp's terms.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it to send you advertising you did not ask for.

Who it is shared with

To run the site we use third-party services that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and functions), OpenAI (generates the assistant's replies), and Telegram (notifies us when someone leaves their contact). Each one handles information under its own policies.

How long we keep it

The demo's rate-limit codes are deleted automatically every 24 hours. Contact details you leave are kept while there is an active conversation or an ongoing proposal; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Visit measurement

We use Vercel Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which sections interest them. It uses no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

For each visit we only record the page viewed, the link you arrived from, the country, and the device and browser type. None of that can identify or contact you.

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies, not even to measure visits. We store a single item in your browser: the language you choose, so we don't have to ask again.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Write to opensyntheai@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.

About the AI assistant

The assistant's replies are generated by a language model and may contain errors. It is a demo: it is not a binding commercial offer, it does not give prices, and nothing it says replaces a formal proposal from the studio.
